Denise and Frank have taught sequence dancing at Knowle Green Village Hall for the last five years. The initial effort was to enable people to attend local halls in the area and to dance with some degree of success. The class has progressed so well that most members now attend dances two or three times each week; including learning all the new dances that are issued.

Dancing is an extremely enjoyable hobby that exercises the body and the mind equally. It gives a great sense of achievement when a new dance figure is mastered. The teaching is kept light hearted. Each figure is explained carefully and demonstrated to ensure that everyone is able to dance it. The hard part is remembering the figure next week.
